I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Rexburg for three nights with my family. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a kitchenette that was handy for quick meals. Having two sinks made it easier for us to get ready in the morning. The staff greeted us warmly and were eager to assist. The breakfast selection included yogurt, cereals, and fruit, offering plenty of choices for our mornings. however, the scrambled eggs weren't the best. They were dry and quite unappetizing. We also faced an inconvenience when we requested extra towels since housekeeping didn’t service our room during our stay. We were told they would, but it never happened. Limited gym equipment was another drawback, with no stationary bike available. Overall, we had a good time but did face some issues that could be improved.

I took my 2 boys up to Rexburg to visit BYU-I and we had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious with a well-designed layout, and we appreciated the unique bathroom design that provided privacy. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, especially with the special arrangements made for my daughter's birthday. One area for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast options to include more variety.
